L’Organisation Internationale de la Dentelle au Fuseau et à l’Aiguille (OIDFA) constitue le cadre institutionnel dans lequel s’inscrit notre projet. Fondée en 1982, elle a pour mission de préserver, promouvoir et transmettre le patrimoine de la dentelle, tant au niveau local qu’international.
